document aims to spell out the important roles various stakeholders
play helping our children learn, grow and reach their fullest
potential. It underlies a common understanding of the different
types of Partnerships that can be undertaken and how the respective
roles can be fulfilled. At the heart of the document is the
ultimate aim of helping all children achieve the Desired Outcomes
of Education.
